ACHOLI IN HIGH GEAR TO HOST PRESIDENT MUSEVENI’S DAUGHTER
She is expected to be in Gulu city Acholi sub region from 30th August till 2nd September for a conference dubbed as Light Acholi land for Jesus mission 2023.

GULU: Preparation to welcome President Museveni’s daughter pastoress Patience Rwabwogo for a four-day conference is in high gear.
Bishop James Ochan, the chairperson central organizing committee for Light up Acholi land for Jesus Mission 2023 who also double as head of Pentecostal born again churches in Acholi on Wednesday told the journalist that preparation to welcome pastoress Patience Rwabwogo who is the founder of Covenant Nation church is in high gear.
Patience Rwabwogo is expected to be in Gulu city Acholi sub region from 30th August till 2nd September for a conference dubbed as Light Acholi land for Jesus mission 2023.
Rwabwogo will be accompanied by other servants of God such as Bishop Dr. Joshua Lwere, Apostle Dr. Michael Kimuli, Apostle Dr. Daniel Batanbuze, Apostle Dr. John Bunjo, and Apostle Alex Mitala.
Other servants of God Are Bishop Deo Musoke, Bishop James Ochan, Rt. Rev. Godfrey Loum, Bishop David Otto Idrifu and Rt. Rev. Wilson Kitara.
Ochan reveals that the committees have been formed and preparations are in high gear for the purpose of the conference adding that they want to put Acholi land in the hand of Jesus noting that the land has experienced suffering the wrath of conflict which has impacted in the life of its people negatively.
He discloses that among the prayer requests to be table before the Patience include praying to kick away prostitution, poverty, environmental degradation, drug abuse, insecurity which still hindered the social economic status of the local people.
Peter King Mwaka the senior pastor of the Revival Worship Center says it is through church where suffering peoples can get console through prayer and counselling.

According to the organizing committee the bus will carry a total of 100 people from every district in Acholi to attend the conference
President Museveni expected to close the gathering on the 2nd September 2023.
