He also told ugreports that they have already issued warning letters to the people without toilets in the four model cells and villages of both Biiso Town Council and Biiso Sub County and they include Kigungu Cell, Kanyunya Cell, Kalegeija village and Kijura village.
The community development officer also explains that the four cells and villages have been lagging behind in terms of sanitation adding that with support from World Vision, the sub county authorities decided to make them model cells and villages so as to compete with others.
He also noted that the deadline to construct the toilets is this Thursday and those without will be arrested, and pay a fine. Ndozereho further told our reporter those without toilets will be given two weeks to construct toilets after their release and if they fail, will be taken to courts of law.

According to Robert Mugabe the District Health Officer Buliisa, 55% homes in Buliisa district practice open defecation, and the most affected areas are along the shores of Lake Albert in lower Buliisa.
Mugabe explains that the percentage shot from 40% to 55% as the result of the flooding water that sub merged into the toilets and other buildings.
The health specialist however said they are in plans of constructing other public toilets in lower Buliisa since they were submerged.
