HOIMA POLICE STRANDED WITH UNIDENTIFIED DEAD BODY

HOIMA: Police in Hoima are stranded with a dead body that was recovered from a bush in Buseruka Sub County, Hoima district over the weekend.
ASP Julius Allan Hakiza, the Albertine region police spokesperson says on Monday, the village chairperson for Buseruka Zubair Irumba informed police about a body of a yet to be identified person that had been recovered by locals in a bush in Buseruka trading center.
‘’’We were informed by the area chairperson for Buseruka Zubair Irumba about a body of a yet to be identified person that had been recovered by locals in a bush in Buseruka trading center,’’ he said.
Hakiza explains that police rushed to the scene and picked the decomposing body of a male adult. ‘’We rushed to the scene and picked the decomposing body of a male adult,’’ he explained.
He is now urging residents who have a missing relative to check with police and find out whether the body in the mortuary belongs to someone missing. ‘’If there is anyone with a missing relative should check with police and find out whether the body in the mortuary belongs to someone missing,’’ he urged.
