KIGALI: Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has finally landed in Rwanda, and he is expected to meet the Rwandan President HE Paul Kagame. Yesterday sources disclosed the first son was to travel to Rwanda today {Saturday} and expected to travel back tomorrow {Sunday}.
He was received by Rwanda’s Commandant of Republican Guard, Brig. Gen. Willy Rwagasana, Defense Spokesperson Col Ronald Rwivanga and Uganda Embassy Officials.
The details of the meeting between the Rwandan president and his special guest are not yet available to us, but the discussions are expected to be related to the long standing tensions between Uganda and Rwanda.
The visit by the first son, comes days after he tweeted on his official account praising President Kagame.
