KAGADI RECEIVES OVER 40 TONS OF STUDY MATERIALS

KAGADI: Kagadi district has received 46 tons of Home Study materials from the Ministry of Education and Sports to facilitate both private and government aided primary schools.

The distribution exercise which was held at Kagadi Model Primary school this afternoon was led by Atugonza Hannington the district Inspector of Schools in charge of Buyaga West.

Speaking to UG Reports, Atugonza explains that books are to cater for pupils from primary one to primary four. He cautions Head teachers for both Private and Government schools to fully distribute the given books to pupils.

He also has asked parents to give their children much time to go through these home study materials and urges them to adequately monitor their children especially on handling.

Meanwhile Head teachers who shared with our reporter have applauded the Ministry of Education and Sports for equipping them with home study materials.

They say these study material will benefit children who have been in lock-down for two years
