KAKUMIRO BOY DIES AFTER FALLING OFF A MANGO TREE

KAKUMIRO: A 10-year-old boy has died after falling off a mango tree in Kyangota B lc1, Kisiita town council in Kakumiro district.
The deceased has been identified as Vincent Muhereza, a son to Robert Ngabirano, a resident of the same area.
Alan Twinamasiko, a resident of the area told our reporter that he received a phone call at around 10.00 am on Friday from a resident of the same area informing him of Muhereza’s sudden death.
Twinamasiko explains that Muhereza was picking fruits from the tree when he slid and fell on the ground, dying instantly.
Baluga Albert Bukeera, the LC2 chairperson Kisiita central ward confirmed the tragic news to Ugreports saying that Muhereza’s body was still at the scene as they waited for the police.
Allan Hakiza, the Albertine region police spokesperson confirmed the matter but could not divulge details about it saying he was yet to get them.
