KIRYANDONGO ENROLLED NURSE ARRESTED OVER DRUG THEFT

KIRYANDONGO: The police in Kiryandongo have detained Erick Brown, enrolled nurse at Kiryandongo general hospital on allegations of drug theft from one of the health centres in Kiryandongo district.
The 43year-old enrolled nurse was netted on Sunday in Diika Trading Centre and was Tuesday transferred from Diika Police Post to Kiryandongo Central Police Station.
The suspect is a resident of Bweyale town council, Kibanda North constituency, Kiryandongo district.
Mr. Keuber Simon the Gombolola Internal Security Officer {GISO} for Kyankende Parish who made the arrested of Erick Brown disclosed that the suspect was spotted from Panyadoli Camp area carrying a bag and the colleagues he was traveling with were suspicious of him, alerted the security agencies, which traced him.

The GISO told ugreports that after noticing that he was in a scandal, the suspect vacated the area with his motorcycle registration number UFE 143Y at around 2:43pm but was later arrested.

It’s alleged that the suspect has been stealing drugs from the hospital before being netted.
By the time of compiling this story, police had not yet made a statement about the arrest of Erick Brown.
