LC 1 CHAIRPERSON REMANDED OVER CATTLE THEFT

BUKEDEA: Bukedea grade one magistrate court in Bukedea district has remanded the chairperson Auje village in Bukedea Sub County for alleged cattle theft.

Daniel Osekel, 53, was arrested on 21st, June, 2022 for allegedly stealing two bulls belonging to his resident one Sam Ochi.

 

He was on Wednesday arraigned before Julianah Chimono, the Bukedea grade one magistrate for plea taking.

Osekel denied the charge that was read for him prompting Chimono to remand him to Bukedea prison up to 23rd, August, 2022 when the case will be heard.
