HOIMA: Residents of Kyabisagazi two village Kigorobya Sub County in Hoima district have been left in shock after finding their own dead in uncompleted house.
The deceased has been identified as Ronald Kisembo 35, a resident of the same area. Its suspected the deceased to have been hacked to death by unkown people on Thursday when coming from disco dance.
John Komurubuga, the area chairperson confirms the incident adding that he was informed this morning by locals that Kisembo has been hacked to death by unknown people.
”This forced me to rush at the scene, i found the lifeless body of Kisembo lying on a papyrus mat in uncompleted permanent building,” he notes.
Komurubuga adds that the incident might have happened last night. The area chairperson suspects the deceased to have been hacked to death noting the deceased had wounds on the neck.
By press time police was already at the scene but not ready to give a comment.
