MASINDI: James Munaku the area chairperson for central division in Masindi Municipality has Tuesday made reshuffles of his cabinet following the burn of his office last week.

While speaking to www.ugreports.com on Tuesday evening, Munaku noted that following the burn of the office last week, he decided to convene a meeting for the executive members to come up with measures on how to handle the matter, to his dismay, two executive members failed to turn up for the meeting.

‘’Two executive members failed to turn up for the meeting yet they were invited,’’ Munaku was surprised.

The area chairperson also added that following the unethical misconduct of the two executive members, he decided to make reshuffle where the two executive members were dropped. ‘’I couldn’t continue working with such members, I have replaced them,’’ Munaku angrily told www.ugreports.com.

Munaku also identified the dropped executive committee members as Habibu Karamagi who was working as general secretary and was replaced by Ajuna Muhumuza, and Sunday Kafumbe who was working as secretary for production and was replaced by Christine Tumwesige.

According to Munaku, the reshuffle was meant for betterment of the area adding the people he replaced are competent and will deliver services. ‘’The public should deal with the dropped executive committee members as individuals since they are no longer part of the executive committee,’’ he warned the public.
