KAMPALA: Keith Muhakanizi, who served as Permanent Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister, has passed away.
He died on Thursday evening in Milan, Italy, where he was battling cancer that he had been fighting for more than five years.
According to his family members, Muhakanizi, who had previously served as Treasury Secretary, had been receiving cancer treatment in Turkey and had been in and out of the hospital for some time.
