This was sounded on Tuesday during the launch of Parish Development Model {PDM} in Buliisa district held at Buliisa District resource center.

The head of government businesses made the resolution after realizing that most PDM groups formed in the oil rich district did not favour the poor as stipulated in the PDM guidelines.

According to the Nabbanja, PDM was introduced to target poor people who are practicing subsistence farming to save money.
