HOIMA: Police in Hoima City in collaboration with various security agencies on Sunday evening arrested the office messenger at Butema Health Centre three for allegedly selling corona virus vaccination cards to unvaccinated people.
ASP Allan Julius Hakiza the Albertine Region Police Spokesperson told UG Reports that the office messenger identified as Ivan was arrested at Booma grounds in Hoima City after securing operatives laying a trap where he was found red-handed transacting the illegal business.
Hakiza explains that the suspect is in police custody at Hoima City CPS pending investigations. The police mouthpiece also explains that other three health workers at Butema health centre three including the in-charge have this morning been summoned for statements at Hoima CPS.
