SIX ARRESTED OVER THEFT IN BULIISA
Four suspects were netted on Sunday, and two on Monday afternoon in the ongoing operation to crackdown criminals.

BULIISA: Police in Buliisa district have detained six people on allegations of terrorising and robbing residents of Biiso Town Council.
Four suspects were netted on Sunday, and two on Monday afternoon in the ongoing operation to crackdown criminals.
They are detained at Biiso Police Station.
Among the items that have been recovered by police include, church pulpits, mattresses, solar panels, tables, wood beds, bags of cement, mention but a few.
Police didn’t disclose the suspects’ identities since the operation is still ongoing.
According to Peter Okech, the Mayor Biiso town council the suspects arrested in the crackdown are the youth between 16 and 21 years.
The politician however condemned the act putting blame on parents for supporting some of the suspected thugs.
