TWO KINYARA SUGAR EMPLOYEES PERISH IN ACCIDENT

MASINDI: Two Kinyara Sugar Ltd employees have this morning {Saturday} perished in an accident along Biiso – Masindi road.

The deceased have been identified as Paul Bagoloza mid 30’s and Simon Ayebale early 30’s, the incident happened at around 11:30am at zebra in Kabango town council Bujenje County Masindi district.

According to Gerald Tumwesige an eyewitness, the duo was traveling on the motorcycle from Masindi side to Kinyara.

‘’They were knocked dead by a speeding truck. The duo was travelling from the Masindi side Kinyara before the incident,’’ he explains.

Ms Carolyn Amongin the Kinyara Corporate Communications Manager told ugreports.com that Simon Ayebale was a clinical officer at Kinyara Health Centre III and Paul Bagoloza was an out grower extension worker at the company.

‘’It’s unfortunate to lose our employees, they were knocked dead by the speeding truck working on the Biiso – Masindi road,’’ she said.

We could not get a comment from ASP Julius Allan Hakiza the Albertine Region Police Spokesperson by the time of publication since he didn’t respond to our repeated phone calls.
